A detail-oriented HR professional who will manage and mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory and policy compliance related to Arabella’s nonprofit client human capital systems.The HR Compliance Associate works on a highly collaborative, client-facing team to execute regular tasks associated with maintaining personnel compliance. In addition to executing processes associated with hiring and worker classification, the HR Compliance Associate is involved in creating and managing risk assessment and audit programs and researching legal and regulatory obligations. The HR Compliance Associate also works with cross-departmental teams to translate regulatory requirements into systems and processes; monitors the effectiveness of controls designed to meet obligations on a regular, and ongoing basis; and develops and tracks process improvements to mitigate risk. These projects may be driven by new legal and regulatory requirements, geographies, types of business, solution implementations, or emerging risk issues, among other things.
