Students with Disabilities

Welcome to the Students with Disabilities Community

Welcome to the Students with Disabilities career community! The Office of Career Exploration and Success (CES) is committed to supporting students with disabilities throughout their career journey and at each stage of the career exploration and preparation process.

One area often of importance for individuals with a disability is the disclosure of their disability. Disclosing a disability is an individual decision. You are never required to disclose a disability at any point in the interview or employment process. If you’d like to discuss disclosure or navigating requests for accommodations, we have advisors who are here to help. You will find opportunities to explore these topics and more through this career community through our industry resources, career advice, job/internship and networking opportunities, as well as workshops and events to help you discover career options for students with disabilities.

Through this community, you will find industry resources, career advice, job/internship and networking opportunities, workshops, events, and advisors to help you strategize a plan to achieve your post-graduation goals.
