Food and agriculture are the lifeblood of every society. Both are based on natural as well as human resources. Natural resources are the foundation of ecosystems and human society. The Food, Agriculture & Natural Resources career community is designed to assist students interested in agricultural production and marketing; animal study and care; food research, development, production, safety, and marketing; government policies and regulations; and nutrition, health, and pharmaceutical research and management. The career community also addresses natural resources management, including forestry, fisheries and aquaculture, water management, and the relationship of community development to natural resources.
